*Note: This ticket is for the LATER 8:00 p.m. seating. There is a separate event listing for the :30 p.m. seating. Tickets are available either as a whole table (4 guests included with the option to add up to 2 more) or by the single seat at a communal table , so bring your special person, or family!* Join us for a five-course beer pairing dinner, executed by our Executive Chef, Jennifer Sartwell. Jen will introduce each food course, and Little Fish co-founders Sean & Jimmy will introduce the beers. Each course includes a 6-8 oz. serving of the selected beer, highlighting the range of beers we hand-craft, from foraged saisons, to lagers, hazy IPA's, barrel-aged sour ales, and barrel-aged imperial stouts. AMUSE BOUCHE radish, cultured butter, flaky salt -Paired with Pescado Relajado Mexican Lager CHARCUTERIE terrine, half sour cornichon, crostini, ground cherry & rosemary chow chow, pickled mustard seeds -Paired with Woodthrush Amber Farmhouse Ale SALAD chiogga beet, toasted hazelnut butter, frisee, sumac-orange vin, funky soft cheese, golden beet chip -Paired with Beets on Repeat Beet Ale SOUP chanterelle bisque w/ brown butter & buttermilk, frizzled leeks, sourdough cornbread crouton, pickled ramp -Paired with Abseil Pils MAIN - Family Style koji "aged" bavette steak, fermented corn succotash with house bacon, heirloom tomato, fried green tomato, baby herb salad, corn & charred scape cream -Paired with Dear Science Hazy I.P.A.
