We’ll begin with a grounding yoga flow to ease tension and bring awareness to the body. Then, immerse yourself in a soothing sound bath to deepen relaxation and connect with your inner peace. Optional journaling and a reflective circle will follow, offering space for personal insights and shared connections. This class is designed to honor the rhythms of the moon, helping you align and reset with each phase. Come to center, reflect, and renew.
