Race through the heart of downtown Bemidji on July 5th at the Downtown Dash 5k! The race begins at 3rd St. & Minnesota Ave. and costs $35 to register online or $40 the day of. Every step supports the Bemidji High School Cross Country Team, so lace up and show your support!
