Join Pilates with Cita, a mixed-level class held on Tuesdays from 5:30 to 6:30 pm, with beginners encouraged to arrive at 5 pm. This class is designed for individuals with some prior Pilates experience and includes a blend of classical and adapted mat exercises. Participants can look forward to Ring exercises and posture work against the wall, with modifications available to accommodate specific conditions.
