The Northwest Territory North-South Skirmish Association cordially invite you to attend their annual skirmish held on the weekend following Labor Day, September 5-7, 2025. It is to be held at AuGlaize Village and Farm Museum located at 12296 Krouse Rd., Defiance Ohio.
If you are interested in live-firing American Civil War Period firearms and have an interest in American History - then this is the event for you! They shoot all of their firearms off-hand, at 25, 50, 100 yards - depending on the type.
The Northwest Territory North-South Skirmish Association cannot allow non-N-SSA members to participate in the team matches, which is the "bread and butter" of their Association - but they can let you try your hand at firing a musket or carbine, or even a smoothbore - during the times that are denoted for "Individuals".
Additional Information on the event:
The public is Welcome by donation at the gate.
• Auglaize will be providing burgers/chips/drinks – for purchase on the range – Saturday and
Sunday.
• There will be parking in the range area – follow the signs for the “N-SSA Skirmish”
• “BYOS” – Bring your own SHADE. There is no shade on the range or in the camping area. Bring
your own.
• Please bring your own chair for spectating
