In this supportive group setting, participants will enhance their skills and confidence. Although primarily for adults, younger students may be admitted with instructor permission. Required materials include a fiddle/violin, notebook, pencil, and a recording device. Classes run for 14 weeks, meeting Thursdays from 6:30 - 7:30 pm, with breaks during the week of October 15 and Thanksgiving. Payment plans and scholarships are available, along with full refunds minus processing fees up to a week before classes begin.
**Songwriting with Tommy Jackson** offers a creative journey into songwriting fundamentals over 12 weeks. Focused on lyrics and lyricism, this adult-level course encourages proficiency in an instrument, though it's not mandatory. Hosted at an alternate location behind the Reeves, classes take place on Tuesdays from 5:30 - 6:30 pm for 14 weeks, with similar holiday breaks. Participants will need a notebook, pen or pencil, and a recording device. Payment plans and scholarships are also provided, making these classes accessible to all.
