Get ready to spread your wings and dive into the dazzling world of butterflies! Join us for a super exciting workshop where you'll discover all the amazing secrets of these colorful creatures. We'll explore their incredible transformations, learn what makes their wings so unique, and find out what they love to eat. You might even get to see some real live butterflies up close! Come ready for fun crafts, fascinating facts, and maybe even a fluttery surprise or two! It's going to be an unforgettable adventure into nature's most beautiful insects! While Girl Scouts Brownies and Juniors will earn the retired Butterfly Science badge, Girl Scout Daisies will receive a Butterfly fun patch. Notes: Since this is an in-person event there is a strict event capacity. We recommend keeping your registration to girl/adult ratios outlined in the Activity Safety Checkpoints to allow for maximum girl participation. All attending individuals, both girls and adults must be registered in advance. Each troop is responsible for providing enough adults to meet Activity Safety Checkpoints, girls registering individually should also be accompanied by an adult. This event is for registered Girl Scouts and girls interested in joining a Girl Scout friend to try out the world of Girl Scouting and the opportunities offered through our program. We are sorry, but we cannot accommodate tagalongs at this event.
