Community Pilates

This Pilates class is for ages 18 & up and held on the first Saturday of each month (May-October) with certified instructor, Lara Gill. Beginner to intermediate levels are welcome to attend. You MUST pre-register online or in office no later than 12:00 pm the day before each class in order to participate with limited class space available. Weather permitting, the class will be held outdoors and will move inside the Rec Center if needed due to rain or extreme temps. All proceeds benefit the Leon Berrong Scholarship Fund to assist disadvantaged children participate in Parks and Rec programs.

Items Needed:
Pilates/Yoga mat and a water bottle.
Participants should wear athletic clothing and prepare as needed for outdoor conditions for the Spring/Summer months.
