This FREE event, sponsored by Explore Elkin, allows spectators and players alike to take in traditional music from Surry County and the region. Joe Thrift and his musical collaborators provide a wealth of knowledge and skill as they play traditional string band music that has made our region famous. We're starting a new tradition and adding a potluck element to the Old-Time Jam. Bring a dish, snack, or treat to share (no outside beverages, please!) if you like. This is NOT required for entry.
