Experience Aqua Fit on Mondays and Wednesdays at 9:00 AM, and Fridays and Saturdays at 10:00 AM, for a 50-minute workout. Aqua Strength, led by Sarah, offers 30-minute sessions on Mondays and Wednesdays at 9:45 AM, and Saturdays at 10:45 AM, focusing on strength training in water. Enhance your flexibility and mobility with the Balance & Stretch class on Mondays at 11:45 AM, featuring 15 minutes of mobility work followed by stretching. Aqua Aerobics, a members-only class, combines cardio and strength with stretching at the end. Additionally, Total Lean, hosted by Erika, features two 45-minute sessions on Mondays at 9:00 AM and 9:50 AM, suitable for all fitness levels.
