Take a Step Toward Better Health on a Walk with a Doc! Join Walk with a Doc — a free, fun walk led by Dr. Mary McCullough and other DCMH Providers. All ages and abilities are welcome! Walk, learn, and connect with others in our community. The walks take place every Wednesday from June 18 – September 3, starting at 5:15 p.m. Meet at the Greensburg – Decatur County Public Library to walk on the Connection Trail WALK Walking is one of the simplest and most effective ways to improve your physical and mental well-being. At each event, you can walk at your own pace and choose the distance that feels right for you. LEARN ABOUT HEALTH Each walk begins with a short, engaging health talk led by Dr. Mary McCullough or another local healthcare provider. You’ll also have the chance to ask questions and learn while you walk. MEET NEW PEOPLE RECONNECT WITH FRIENDS Social connection is good for your health! Bring a friend or meet someone new.
