The City of Loveland will hold its annual Independence Day Celebration on Friday, July 4, 2025. Join us for a day of free, family fun! The event will be held rain or shine. Activity Schedule Parade — 2 p.m. The parade will leave from Loveland Elementary School (600 Loveland-Madeira Road), turn on West Loveland Avenue, and travel through the downtown district, ending at the intersection of State Route 48/Second Street and East Loveland Avenue. Register for the parade by June 20. Concert: Marty and the Docs – 7pm Fireworks – 10pm Kids Bike Decorating Contest - 1:15 pm Loveland Elementary School Family Activities - 3-7 pm @ Nisbet Park and 3-9 pm @ Railroad Ave Buddy Badges 3-9pm at Nisbet Park & Railroad Ave Food Trucks 3-10pm @ Nisbet Park and Downtown Bingo 4 & 7 pm at City Hall Pedal Pullers 4pm Registration and 5pm Event on W Loveland Ave Team Spelling Bee (adults only) 5pm Railroad Ave stage Uncle Sam and Besty Ross Look Alike Contest - 6:30 pm Railroad Ave stage Pie Eating Contest 7pm Railroad Ave stage Shuttle Transportation FREE parking shuttles will be running continuously from noon to 11 p.m. Shuttle pick-up locations will be at Loveland High School (1 Tiger Trail) and the Loveland Early Childhood Center (6740 Loveland-Miamiville Road). Drop-off locations will be at Riverside Drive (near Veterans’ Memorial) and Third Street (near fire station). Please note eventgoers will need to walk to the festivities from the drop-off locations.
