The Deep Roots Festival is a community celebration that increases our connection to local foods and the farmers and growers who make them in the Lake Agassiz Region, hosted by the Lake Agassiz Chapter of SFA. Deep Roots Festival is so excited to feature two-time James Beard award-winning author and chef, Amy Thielen, as our keynote speaker! Along with her keynote presentation, Amy will be sharing a cooking demo and will be available to sign copies of her books including Give a Girl a Knife, The New Midwestern Table, and her latest book, Company.
