**Chamber Buzz: Niles Main Street & Ferry Street Resource Center**

The Chamber Buzz, presented by Everwise Credit Union, is a free monthly breakfast event for members, taking place at Gallery 1245, 1245 S. 11th Street in Niles, at 8:30 AM on the first Wednesday of each month from February through November. This gathering offers valuable updates from elected officials, community leaders, new chamber members, and special guests, functioning as a one-stop-shop to learn about upcoming community events. This month's spotlight is on Niles Main Street and the Ferry Street Resource Center. Niles Main Street, governed by a board of 8 to 12 local citizens and business professionals, focuses on facilitating the redevelopment plan of downtown Niles. Lisa Croteau, the Director of Marketing and Administration for Niles Main Street, will share insights, while Ric Pawloski, Executive Director of the Ferry Street Resource Center, will discuss updates following their recent historic fire. The Ferry Street Resource Center aims to help residents secure resources and provide educational and life-enrichment programs through its "Building Bridges to Opportunity and Sustainability" initiative.
