The Chamber Buzz, presented by Everwise Credit Union, is a free monthly breakfast for members that takes place on the first Wednesday of the month from February through November at 8:30 am at Gallery 1245, located at 1245 S. 11th Street in Niles. This event provides a comprehensive update from elected officials, community leaders, new chamber members, and special guests, serving as a one-stop-shop for learning about upcoming community events. This month, the spotlight is on WNIT/PBS and Flowers Early Learning. WNIT is the PBS affiliate serving Berrien County and surrounding areas, led by President & General Manager Amanda Miller Kelley. Flowers Early Learning, founded in 1972, has positively impacted the lives of over 40,000 children, currently serving 583 children from birth to age five, and their families across Berrien, Cass, and Van Buren Counties. Maureen Ovington serves as the Development Director for Flowers Early Learning, which focuses on nurturing children and building stronger communities.
