Weight Loss Program Customized to Meet Your Goals
Weigh Beyond is a program designed to promote healthy behavior changes that encourage weight loss and a healthy lifestyle through one-on-one coaching and structured exercise plans.
Price: $125 for 10 weeks which includes:
Body composition analysis (pre and post program)
Access to the Decatur County YMCA, three times a week (during the program)
Food and fitness journal
Program workbook
Regular one-on-one coaching with a registered dietitian (RD)
5 group classes focusing on various topics such as: healthy lifestyle changes, setting realistic goals, building a balanced plate, physical activity guidelines, mindful eating, emotional eating, heart healthy basics, portion control, menu planning, eating out, and more!
Weekly weigh-in
This 10 week program is held Wednesday evenings from 5-6 pm at the YMCA HealthConnect building in Greensburg, IN. Please call the Decatur County Memorial Hospital Nutrition Counseling office at 812-663-1341 to enroll.
