Sunset Sound Bath in the Garden at Boxerwood As the day closes and the sun drops on Thursday, July 17th you are invited to come unwind and relax in the beautiful gardens at Boxerwood for a gentle Sunset Sound Bath experience. We will gather on the lovely Boxerwood property and begin with a short guided relaxation. After this attendees will be invited to relax into a comfortable position to enjoy the Sound Bath. Using Tibetan Singing Bowls, Gong and more Greg Burns of Metta Vibrations will lead the Sound Bath which will help take attendees on a meditative journey within themselves, all while we rest in the healing comforts of nature. For those unfamiliar, the Sound Bath experience is geared at helping to calm the mind and body, helping achieve meditative states, relieve stress, and more. Nature itself is highly documented to have healing effects on the mind and body. This experience is aimed at helping all feel better physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Folks are encouraged to arrive early and enjoy the lovely gardens. Cost to attend is $20. (only $15 for Boxerwood members) Sound Bath starts at 7:30pm. For the Sound Bath we will be gathering at the pavilion which is more central to the property. Attendees should park at the main entrance and walk down the road towards the clubhouse and you will find the pavilion on your left. Attendees are encouraged to dress comfortable and bring any blankets, pillows, mats and other items to prepare a comfortable spot for the sound bath. Greg will have a few blankets and mats available if needed. There are a couple benches close by, and both a large grassy area and decking for setting up a spot.
